Travel to Uppsala

Stockholm-Arlanda International Airport is located between Uppsala and Stockholm, 36 km south of Uppsala.

Bus 801 runs between Arlanda and central Uppsala throughout the day. The journey takes about 45 minutes. There are vending machines and service desks at the Arlanda Airport terminals where you can buy bus tickets. It is also possible to buy your ticket onboard the bus using credit card, but cash is not accepted.

Trains leave Arlanda for Uppsala Central Station directly from Sky City at Arlanda Airport. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Taxis leave from outside the arrival hall at Arlanda Airport. We recommend Uppsala Taxi or Taxi Kurir. Make sure to ask the driver for a fixed price in advance.
