Delivery of equipment
All equipment must be sent directly to venue at the earliest 2 days before congress start.

The exhibition will take place on ground level right outside the conference room.
Your exact location will be sent aproximately 1 week prior to congress.
Set-up & Dismantling
Setting up is preferable to be completed within the evening Thursday 23 April. If your arrival is on 24 April the set-up can be done accordingly.
All equipment must be removed from the congress venue by 13.00 on Sunday 26 April.
Please arrange return of your equipment. Contact CIC if you need more information.
