Please read the instructions below before registering.

Register before 28th of January 2015 to benefit from reduced Early bird registration fee

All registrations must be made online through the Congress link below (have your credit card ready to register):

Registration fee includes following meals

• Coffee and lunch as stated on the programme
• Welcome reception on April 24

Single room          NOK 1.100,- 
Double room         NOK 1.320,-  (NOK 660,- per person)

Method of payment

On the registration form you may choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card or Dinners). Or by invoice which will be sent separately by e-mail. Please make sure to fill in a correct invoice address.

Customer data will not be shared with/sold to third parties and are stored according to Norwegian law.

Deadline for low registration fee: January 28th, 2015

Cancellation policy
Eventual changes or cancellations must be made in written to the conference secretariat CIC.

Cancellation fee before February 28th is NOK 500,- If you have already paid your registration fee you will be reimbursed the amount less NOK 500,- If you did not yet pay the fee you will receive the cancellation fee.

Change of participant
It is possible to change name of participant at a cost of NOK 250,- excl. VAT

Accommodation
Deadline to cancel accommodation is six weeks before arrival. After that the hotel may charge for full accommodation. 

Change of invoicing address
If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of NOK 250 excl VAT will be charged.
