The venues

Welcome to Stockholm and the EUREKA Innovation Week. The conference venue of the event is Stockholm City Conference Center, Folkets Hus which is situated on Barnhusgatan 12-14 next to Norra Bantorget in central Stockholm. The venue is very close to the Central station and the Arlanda express.

Getting there

If you are arriving to Stockholm at Arlanda Airport you can either choose to take the Arlanda express train to the Central station, travel by taxi or by the Airport coaches. The train ride from the airport takes approximately 20 minutes to the Central station. If you prefer to take a taxi we recommend you to ask for a fixed price. A taxi journey from Arlanda airport to Stockholm city should not cost more than SEK 675.

The taxi journey from Arlanda airport takes approximately 45 minutes. If you arrive to Bromma airport the taxi ride to central Stockholm is 20 minutes. You can also choose to travel by the Airport coaches from both airports. For more information about timetables see the website.

Gala dinner at Stockholm City Hall

On Tuesday April 26 there will be a Gala dinner for all participants at the Stockholm City Hall. Please note that you need to preregister for the dinner and that the price is 80 €/guest. A confirmation will be sent to you by separate e-mail. The Stockholm City Hall is one of Sweden’s most famous buildings, and one of the capital's most visited tourist attractions. It is famous for its grand ceremonial halls and unique art pieces and is the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet held on 10th of December each year.
