Conditions of Participation

Reservation is binding, changes and cancellation carries costs. Gilead also reserves the right to change or cancel your reservation if an event becomes over-subscribed or changes due to changes which is outside of Gilead’s control.

For Danish delegates:  Please note that you are obligated to electronically notify the Danish Medicines Agency (Da. Laeggemiddelstyrelsen) when you receive the sponsorship to attend a conference abroad. This follows from section 27 of the Executive Order on Advertising of Medicinal Products (Da. Bekendtgørelse om reklame mv. for medicinsk udstyr), as well as section 202 (b) and 202 (c) in the Danish Health Act (Dk. Sundhedsloven).
