The WHO Regional Office for Europe is pleased to announce the 68th session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe (RC68), which will take place in Rome, Italy, on 17–20 September 2018. The meeting venue is the Auditorium della Tecnica in the EUR district, located south of the Rome city centre.

The Regional Office has negotiated a preferential price for rooms in two hotels in the EUR district close to the venue. Hotel reservations have already opened, before official registration for RC68 has begun. Please note that the deadline for reservations is 31 July 2018. The prices offered on this website or the availability of the rooms cannot be guaranteed following the deadline.

Transportation

A shuttle service between the airport and the hotels listed in this website has been organized for the duration of RC68 between 16 and 21 September. You are kindly requested to indicate your flight details so that we may organize the transfers for you free of charge. We will not be able to arrange transport to hotels not on the list or outside the official RC68 period.
