Eoghan Kinirons

Eoghan Kinirons works in the European Commission Directorate-General for Research and Innovation. As part of Directorate Healthy Planet, specifically the Unit for “Ecological & Social Transitions”, his role is focused on the research and innovation contribution to the European Green Deal. He contributes to the design and development of research and innovation policies to support the Green Deal, and coordinates the Green Deal work streams and policies within Directorate-General Research and Innovation. The role also involves contributing to the collection and sharing of knowledge in the areas of ecological and social transitions, with a special focus on the Green Deal and its objective of climate neutrality.
