Practical details

The Symposium will be held at the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study, Uppsala and at the Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University. It will begin in the morning of Wednesday, May 3 and end with a dinner in the evening of Friday, May 5.

In order to create a symposium with as much interaction as possible between all participants, it is our wish that all participants stay for the entire symposium. 
 
Travel expenses and hotel costs, lunches and dinners will be covered by the Nobel Symposium.

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be booked at one of the nearby hotels for your entire stay. We will return shortly with more information regarding accommodation.

Travel:    

Once you have registered your travel information, a travel agent will contact you for finalizing your travel details. When your travel is booked you will get a final confirmation including transfer to your hotel. Submit your travel information here. 
 

Venues:

Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study and Uppsala University: Ångström Laboratory, both located in Uppsala. 
Accommodation for all speakers will be arranged from May 2 to May 6 in Uppsala.
Default airport of arrival  is Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Should you choose to travel by train, your arrival destination will be Uppsala Central train station.

Please note that the official opening of the conference will take place at 9 a m on May 3.
The conference ends at 4 pm on May 5 followed by a concluding dinner.
