Last day for registration for the conference is May 13, 2022.
The conference fee includes:
- Admission to the conference 23-26 May
- Lunch & coffee breaks
- Welcome reception 23 May
Pre-registration is required for all social events.
Please note that the conference dinner and accommodation are NOT included in the conference fee.
Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT), 25% is always payable for conference fees and social events.
Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT), 12% is always payable for accommodation bookings.
Delegates from companies and organization abroad can be refunded the VAT on conference fees.
For claimants within the EU send an electronic refund claim to their own national tax authorities.

Payments will be accepted by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or bank transfer.
An administration cost of SEK 150 will be added when choosing payment by bank transfer.
When choosing “Bank transfer” as payment method, you will receive an invoice by email.
Nordic delegates who provides a GLN-number will recieve their invoices as E-Invoicing.
Before 22 February 2022 your registration can be cancelled. An administration fee of SEK 400 will be applied.
After this date, no refunds are possible. Should you be unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague.
