This registration form is for individual registration. If you want to register a group (10 or more delegates), please contact the Congress Secretariat at icas2022@meetagain.se. 

To register for the Congress, all steps of the registration should be completed. Payment is by credit card, we accept VISA and Mastercard. Our payment system is connected to the 3D security bank cooperation for internet payment security, and your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

Before you start your registration, please check your card is connected to the security services and open for overseas payment and not restricted to a limited charge.

When the registration is made you will get contacted shortly at the email address you provided in the registration process with a payment link. The registration is confirmed when the payment is done.

Privacy policy

When you register to the Congress, your personal data will be stored in a database following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable national legislation. Your personal data will be used by the Congress organisers (ICAS secretariat and the local Swedish hosts) for administrational purposes.

By attending the ICAS 2022 Congress, you consent to the release of photography, audio recording, video recording, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such information to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ICAS 2022, its partners/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may also be used to promote similar events in the future. 
You will receive, via e-mail, information about future ICAS events and as Congress organisers we may also send you information on behalf of our partners and exhibitors. 

Neither the ICAS2022 organisers nor the provider of the Congress software can be held liable for incorrect data.

Cancellation policy

The registration may be cancelled free of charge until July 15, 2022. However, a cancellation fee of 500 SEK will be charged. After this date, no refunds are granted. If participants cannot attend the Congress, the registration is transferable to another member of their organisation. Substitution is free of charge but should be initiated in writing by the present registrant. Please note that the Congress organisers should approve such substitution, and that both cancellation and name changes should be made in writing to: icas2022@meetagain.se.
