This registration form is for individual registration.

To register for the Congress, all steps of the registration should be completed. Payment is by credit card at the end of this registration. When the registration and payment is made you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do need an official receipt/invoice for your institution make sure you have the correct address and VAT number for the receipt (last step of the registration). If the receipt needs manual correction after registration, an administration fee of SEK 250 excluding VAT is charged.

Privacy policy

When you register to the Congress, your personal data will be stored in a database following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable national legislation. Your personal data will be used by the Congress organisers (ISBE secretariat and the local Swedish hosts) for administrational purposes.

You will receive, via e-mail, information about future ISBE events and as Congress organisers we may also send you information on behalf of our partners and exhibitors.

Neither the ISBE2022 organisers nor the provider of the Congress software can be held liable for incorrect data. Below we obtain your agreement.

Cancellation policy

The registration is binding and no refunds will be made. If you cannot attend the conference your registration is transferable to another member of your organization.

If you change from digital attendance to physical attendance, you'll have to pay the difference. Please note that the Congress organisers should approve such substitution, and that both cancellation and name changes should be made in writing to: ISBE2022@meetagain.se.
