Ole Jan Myhre
Packaging advisor and
Market manager, Norner
Ole Jan worked first 20 years in the petrochemical industry with research and product/application development of PE and PP for packaging applications. From 2007 he took part in the management team who established Norner, an independent pilot and development centre for plastics in Norway. During the past years he, and Norner, was involved in several recycling and circular economy projects for plastics.
Mattias Philipsson
CEO Svensk Plaståtervinning i Motala AB
Mattias has devoted his professional life to turn waste to valuable resources. With the introduction of Site Zero and the “Plastic leap”, he is making plastic packaging part of the circular economy where all packaging can be recycled -without carbon footprint.
Mattias has been appointed as a member of the Delegation for circular economy by the Swedish government.

Being fascinated by plastic as raw material, he spends a lot of time at GRAF doing research and development in the field of plastic recycling with great enthusiasm and success.

Dirk Textor is a plastic packaging recycling expert with over 25 years of experience. He is working as a consultant for the plastic recycling industry. The chemical engineer is member of several working groups in german authorities.

Peter Niedersüss is Application Marketing Manager at Borealis and has over 30 years of experience in flexible packaging. His functional experience includes product and application development, technical service, product management and marketing for polypropylene as well as polyethylene materials.
Fabrizio Di Gregorio
Technical Director
of Plastics Recyclers Europe
Fabrizio Di Gregorio received an Honors Degree in Environmental Science and Technology and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Naples. He spent 10 years as researcher and lecturer at the University of Naples in mechanical, chemical and biochemical processes, as well as in life cycle assessment. He was invited lecturer at the Denmark Technology University and at the Technology University of Wien. He spent 2 years as R&D manager at CONAI, the national Italian EPR scheme.
Currently he is Technical Director of Plastics Recyclers Europe and in charge of RecyClass, a technical value chain initiative to make plastics circular. With its scientific-based approach RecyClass is supporting the value chain in advancing on recyclability and recycled content.
Ansgar Schonlau
Managing Director Maag GmbH
Ansgar Schonlau is an international packaging expert with over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry. The graduate industrial engineer, specialising in printing, has held various sales and management positions and focused on flexible packaging at an early stage. The focus of his work was on the restructuring and internal optimisation of companies, always with the aim of sustainable, cost-effective products and processes. Since 2018, Ansgar Schonlau is owner of the climate-neutral and highly innovative packaging manufacturer Maag.
He is an advocate of circular economy and recyclability of flexible packaging.
Karin Lindqvist
Senior Researcher and
Project Manager, RISE
Karin Lindqvist has a background in chemical engineering and materials science.
Her work is focused on solutions for plastic recycling processes and use of plastic as a circular material.
Hanna Unsbo
Junior expert in Waste Management & Resource flows, IVL Swedish Environmental Research InstituteHanna Unsbo has a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from KTH with a focus on Sustainable Technology. In her role at IVL, she works with various waste-related issues with an aim to contribute to a circular economy. Plastic, mostly consumer packaging, is present in most of the projects she takes on.
