Practical information
To make the offsite an enjoyable experience, we will be coordinating the logistics of the Strategy Days including securing travel and hotel stay.

Travel
To and from Stockholm:
After you complete your registration, Emilia, Patricia and Delphine will arrange your travel and communicate with you regarding your travel itinerary.
To and from site:
We will gather in the Stockholm office prior to departure to the conference location.
Buses will be available in front of the building to transport us to the offsite. After the conference, buses will depart from the site and transport us back to the Stockholm office.
Accommodations
Before and after the Strategy Days:
For individuals not residing in Stockholm, Emilia, Patricia and Delphine will arrange accommodations suitable with your travel plans.
During the Strategy Days:
All individuals will have their own hotel room.
Check-in for the rooms takes place upon arrival. All participants have access to the hotel space (except the SPA) with comfortable areas suitable for social interaction and relaxation throughout our stay.
Check-out is before the conference starts at 08.30 am.
Please note that attendees will be responsible for any incidental room charges which must be paid for separately upon checkout.
Meals
All meals at the hotel during the conference are complimentary. Remember to add any food preferences in your registration.
Dress Code
Business casual attire is required for the dinner and conference.
Make sure to also bring comfortable clothes for activities and any free time.
