The meeting takes place in Oslo, Norway from 18 to 20th September at Hurdalsjøen Hotell, Hurdalen located approximately 45 minutes outside Oslo.

About the meeting
The yearly Nordic Pediatric Cardiology Meeting has a long history as an arena to to maintain the Nordic fellowship, to compare the national practices and to develop collaborations across the borders. We expect 120-150 participants with representation from all the major Nordic centers. The programme has been developed by networking in local and Nordic groups and selected talks will be given by international experts. The main topics and corresponding technical and pharmaceutical issues are:
- Postnatal detection of heart defects
- Digital health
- Pulmonary hypertension and closure of open ductus arteriosus in ex-premature children
- Heart failure
- Exercise
Pulse oximetry including pulsatile index, echocardiography
Broad specter of advanced techniques, devices and software
Pulse oximetry, CPAP/high-flow-devices, echocardiography, pharmacologic treatment, heart cath equipment including devices for PDA-closure
cMRI, echocardiography, long-term registration of ECG, ventricular assist devices, pharmacologic treatment of heart failure, heart surgery
Equipment for exercise tests and training, physiologic monitoring during exercise, echocardiography
The exhibition will be arranged in close connection to the auditoriums, and there is scheduled time for visits during breaks.
Sponsorship Proposals
Various levels of sponsorship opportunities are available as set out below.
NOTE: All fees are excluding VAT.
Sponsor type: Sponsored Mini-seminar 19th 17:00-17:30| Skredderbakken 2+3 – 1 available
There will be room for one sponsored 30 minutes Mini-seminar. The seminar must also have scientific content and the title and contents must be approved by LOC. Sponsors must handle travel arrangements/hotel accommodation for lecturers.
This additional sponsor opportunity has a fee of 50.000,- NOK
Preparation of stands can start Wednesday 18 September from 10:00 until latest 14:00.
At this time the exhibition area must be cleared for all rubbish, cartons etc. and exhibition stand ready to welcome our delegates.
A complete Exhibition Manual will be forwarded middle of August.

VAT
If you are a foreign business, you may be entitled to a VAT refund in connection with purchases of goods/services in Norway, provided that certain conditions are met.
