The deadline to qualify for the lowest fee, EARLY BIRD, is latest June 30.
From July 1 there is a major increase in fees.

Please check your antivirus and firewall settings if you have problems in opening the registration link.
We advise to use Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari and to avoid Internet Explorer.

- Congress material, coffee, refreshments from 18th Sept. afternoon to 20th Sept. Lunch 18th and 19th Sept.
(Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and must be booked separately on the registration link)

Cancellation policy – all fees
Cancellation should be notified in writing by email to: npcm2024@cic.no
Cancellation received within 15 July, a cancellation fee of 2000,- NOK will apply
Cancellation received from 16 July, 50% penalty of fees will apply
Cancellation received after 17 August, no refund can be offered

In the event of government-imposed band on carrying out the conference due to the pandemic situation, you will be reimbursed 100% less 750,- NOK. Please ensure you have a valid insurance covering a pandemic situation.
