INFORMATION

WELCOME
We start the conference with a welcome at 10:00 on Wednesday, November 17th 2021. 
The meeting ends with lunch on Friday, November 19th 2021. 
 
TRAVEL
All particpants are kindly requested to arrange their trips to/from Elite Hotel Marina Towers through AMEX/Concur. 
We ask you to book your travel arrangements during the month of September. 
Closer to arrival we will ask you for your arrival and departure details. 

Please be on time for the start at 10:00 on November 17th. It will be great to see everyone again!
Departure from the hotel from 13:00 on November 19th or depending on end time of your team meeting. 

HOTEL
All arrangements will be made centrally.
Check-in time is at 15:00 and check out time is at 12:00. Luggage room is available.
 
A SAFE STAY
Together we take responsibility for ensuring that we enjoy a safe stay. The hotel and BD has taken many precautions in order to minimize the risk of spreading the Corona virus.

EVENT APPLICATION
Closer to departure you will receive a login to our event app where all practical information will be available before and during the event.
 
DRESS CODE
Dress code during the entire conference is Business Casual. 

GALA DINNER
The formal dinner on November 17th will be a gala dinner with the dress code: 
Cocktail with the theme: “B(EY)OND” 
(Please note: BD will not provide any clothes or reimburse for purchase of outfits for the gala dinner)

IMPORTANT TO BRING
Passport, laptop and/or Ipad, mobile phone and charger.

EDIT INFORMATION IN YOUR REGISTRATION
If you need to edit information in your registration there is a link in your confirmation e-mail. 
You can change your registration via the registration link until September 14, 2021. 
Thereafter, all changes must be made manually to Camilla Liljeblad or Anna Stenberg.
