TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
If travel arrangements are required these shall be made by each coworker according to BD's ordinary booking routines, i.e. through AMEX/Concur. Please make your travel arrangements during the month of September.

Below you will find information regarding time of travel from selected destinations to the Elite Hotel Marina Tower. You can also get more infomation on the Elite Hotel Marina Tower webpage regarding how to get to the hotel, parking, amendities for example. 

FLIGHT
Fly in to either Arlanda or Bromma airport
Arlanda Express to Stockholm Central ~20min
Taxi Stockholm Central to the hotel ~20-45 min (depending on traffic/rush hour)
Taxi Arlanda Airport to the hotel ~ 45-65 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic/rush hour)
Taxi from Bromma Airport to the hotel ~30-45 min by taxi (depending on traffic/rush hour)
Please make sure you have enough travel time to get to the venue and conference start on time.

TRAIN
Copenhagen ~6h (direct train)
Malmö ~4,5h (direct train)
Göteborg ~3,5h (direct train)
Taxi Stockholm Central to the hotel ~20-45 min (depending on traffic/rush hour)

BUS 
Take Bus 53, from the Central Station (T-centralen) or Slussen (Location L) to Henriksdalsviadukten. 

BOAT
Take the ferry boat from Nybrokajen to Saltsjöqvarn, about 10 minutes. Both SL-tickets and the Stockholm Pass is valid. Buy the ticket before you go on board, for example at 7-Eleven at Nybroplan.

TRANSFER
Transfer arrangements shall be made by each coworker according to BD's travel policy and please consider to co-travel when possible.
