Case Competition Submission
The Scientific Committee of NCR 2025 invites you to submit a case for our upcoming case competition. The national radiological societies of each Nordic country (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Sweden and Norway) will select two cases each to represent that country.
Travel and hotel expenses for the two chosen cases from each country will be covered by the respective national radiological societies. Additionally, presenters of selected cases will have their congress fee waived for all three days.
Deadline
Case competition submissions open on December 10th, 2024, and close on February 16th, 2025.
Submission System
All cases must be submitted via email to: abstracts.ncr25@gmail.com.
Case Submission Format
Submit a text description of your case (maximum 500 words) for evaluation. The submitted text does not need to be the final presentation. You are encouraged to include images to illustrate the case for review purposes.
Please submit your case in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
Language
All cases must be submitted in English. Please ensure that your submission has been thoroughly checked for correct spelling and grammar.
Name and Affiliation
Include the name and affiliation of the presenting author immediately after the title of the case.
If you wish to edit or withdraw your case after submission, please contact the Scientific Committee of NCR 2025 at abstracts.ncr25@gmail.com.
Authors/Presenter
The case must be submitted by the presenting author, who will receive all notifications and be responsible for all further communications, including the upload.
Decision Notification
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent by email to the presenting author by March 16th, 2025.

I affirm that I have the right to assign a license to my work and that it does not contain any proprietary or copyrighted material owned by others without permission.
Presenter Registration
I understand that the presenting author of each accepted case must register for NCR 2025 to present the case at the congress. The presentation will only be added to the programme once registration is complete.
