Abstract submission



Participants are invited to submit abstracts no later than April 25, 2025
Abstract should be uploaded on the button below or here
Abstracts will be presented as oral presentations. Abstracts that are published will be available to participants to view digitally during the meeting
 
Instructions: 


​1.   Abstracts must be written in English.
​2.  Font Times New Roman, size 12 should be used.
​3.  Abstracts should start with a title in bold. Do not bold the rest of the text.
​4.  Presenting authors and co-author details should be given (first, last name, institution). Please make sure to always enter the first             name starting with a capital letter and continue with lower case. Presenting author should be underlined.
​5.  Sub-headings (e.g. Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions) may be included within the word limit.
​6.  The maximum number of words in the abstract body text is 250. 
7.   References, figures and graphs should not be included in the abstract.
​8.  The abstract file should be saved as a word file and named according to the instruction:
      SSSD2025_last name_first name.
9.  Abstract approvals will be sent to the email address used for abstract submission.

Important!
Please do not register for the conference before you have received a notification with accepted or rejected abstract.
If your abstract is rejected you need to register as Participant/Student however payment should only be done by invoice in order to offer Early Bird fees.


Simply register as “regular”, pay no attention to the fees in the process. When you have completed your registration, we will adjust your registration to Early Bird fee.

Patient privacy
I affirm that my abstract does not contain material that reveals patient identity. If there is any chance that a patient can be identified, I confirm to have obtained written informed patient consent for use in this abstract.

Copyright and licenses
I affirm that I have the right to assign license to my work.

Co-authors agreement
If my abstract is submitted on behalf of co-authors, I warrant that I was given authorisation to represent the other co-authors as listed in the author line of this abstract.

Presenter registration
I understand that the presenting author of each accepted abstract has to register for SSSD 2025 to hold a presentation at the congress or have a poster presentation during congress and/or permanently published. The presentation will be added to the programme only after the registration.
