Deadline to qualify for the lowest fee, Early Bird, is June 15th. From June 16th there is a major increase in fees.

Check your antivirus and firewall settings if you have problems in opening the registration link.
Then you probably need to open the link outside the firewall. We advise not to use Internet Explorer but Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

What is included in the registration fee?

• Admission to the scientific sessions, poster sessions and industry symposia

• Admission to the exhibition area

• Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Reception

• The fee also includes congress material, coffee breaks with refreshments and lunch during the 3-day conference

Accompanying person fee

• Including lunch at Hotel Norge by Scandic September 16th, 17th and 18th and admission to the Opening Ceremony and Reception.

Cancellation policy – all fees

• Cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to: neurodiab@cic.no

• Cancellation received before June 30th, cancellation fee of NOK 1.500 (150 €) will apply

• Cancellation received after June 30th, 50% penalty

• Cancellation received after July 15th, no refund

In the event of government-imposed band on carrying out the conference due to the covid situation, you will be reimbursed 100% less NOK 500 (50 €). Please ensure you have a valid insurance covering a pandemic situation.
